Third Annual Rec Regatta

Save your cardboard boxes, add some duct tape, and make a cardboard boat for the Third Annual Rec Regatta.  The boat must hold two people who will race across the Olney Swim Center pool. Prizes will be given for the Fastest Boat, Best Design, Team Spirit, and Most Spectacular Sinking. All are welcome to watch but you must pre-register to race and come ready with your boat built. What can't you do with duct tape?
