Ride Towards Hope
MasonStrong Village is honored to carry on Joe’s Ride’s annual tradition with a 45k, 30k, 10k (Family ride), 5k Run/Walk and a children’s Bike Rodeo. Join us for an inspirational morning to remember our heroes and raise critical support for our little warriors courageously fighting childhood cancer. Proceeds from the ride, walk or run benefit organizations providing essential resources to affected children and their families. Register today.

Olney Days Free Paper Shred, Lightbulb Exchange, & Household Donation Event
At Sandy Spring Bank (17801 Georgia Ave - parking lot behind the building) Limit: 3 boxes or 3 large bags of paper. No newspapers. Project B Green will collect both new and worn clothes, blankets, linens, towels, shoes, and household goods (artwork, frames, utensils, kitchenware, toys, instruments, and working household electronics) so time to clean out your closets and bring the items here. Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection will exchange inefficient incandescent light bulbs for LEDs (limit 3 LED bulbs per family). Green Olney will be collecting items to send to Terracycle: disposable razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss containers, make-up jars & tubes, non-aerosol bottles and sprayers, #6 plastic, Brita water filters, squeeze bottles and caps (think GoGurt), office & art supplies (pens, markers, wood and mechanical pencils), coffee capsules (K-Cups) and coffee bags, candy bar wrappers, and snack bags.

Rec Regatta - NEW THIS YEAR
Olney Swim Center (16605 Georgia Ave)
Time to get creative. Build a boat that can hold 2 PEOPLE using clean cardboard and duct tape. Bring your completed boat to the Olney Swim Center at noon to add any final touches. Google cardboard boat races for ideas. Awards will be given for Fastest Boat, Best Design, Team Spirit, and Most Spectacular Sinking. All are welcome to watch but must pre-register to race. Register today!

Olney Manor Park (16601 Georgia Ave).
Lots of parking available - Fee ($10) to park inside the park after 2:30. Pre-pay for reserved spots in front of the swim center. FREE shuttle service from the ICC Park and Ride on Georgia Ave provided by Martins Sedan and Limousine Service. Within walking distance: Harvest Intercontinental Church, Shaare Tefila - free and no pass required. Oakdale Church - free but parking pass required after 2:30 pm which can be picked up for free from participating sponsors.

- Live music performed by great local bands on TWO stages - The Karen Rollings Team Stage and the MedStar Health Stage. We are no longer accepting requests to play or perform as both stage areas are full.
- Corn Hole and Giant Jenna available and FREE to play (compliments of Olney Civic Fund)
- Kid Carnival games run by the Sandy Spring Fire Department (tickets required)
- Can you Win It in a Minute? Games designed for age 10+ and run by Olney Civic Fund Fund (wristband for unlimited play)
- Do you have aim? GIANT Slingshot. Send 10 balls 200 feet into targets (tickets required)
- Glitter Tattoos (tickets required)
- Soar 25 feet into the air on the Air Jumper (tickets required)
- Moon bounce - FREE thanks to Kang's Black Belt Academy (waiver required)
- Fun on the Field: Frisbee & Football throw, Soccer Fun, Run the Bases, and Tug of War. FREE to participate.
- Fire truck rides by the Sandy Spring Fire Department (tickets required)
- The Beer & Wine Garden will include: The Brookeville Beer Farm, Elder Pine Brewing and Blending Co., Lone Oak Farm Brewing Co, Two Story Chimney Ciderworks, Waredaca Brewing Company and The Olney Winery. Cash and credit cards accepted. Must be age 21 and over - bring ID.
- Food Trucks (doubled the number from 2022): 2 Bold Chefs, Bombay Kitchen, Bun'd Up, Flipside Gastro To Go, Giacomo's Brick Oven Pizza, Grubbing Hard BBQ, Holy Crepes, Kona Ice, Mister Softee, Pacha Mama Juice, Scratch Kitchen, Taste of Montreal, Trippy Tacos, and the SSVFD Canteen.
- Jazz Concert by the Olney Big Band (7:00 pm - 8:30 pm)
- Fireworks (at dark, about 8:30 pm) from Zambelli Fireworks. For everyone's safety, please no driving during the fireworks.
